1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GrantMyBusiness.org (the "Service"), creating an account, or making any purchase, you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Unlimited Faith Innovations LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Services

GrantMyBusiness.org provides the following paid and free services:

  • Free Plan: Access to the Grant Finder Quiz and a curated list of up to 10 matching grant opportunities.
  • Pro Alerts ($9.99/month): Full access to the grant database (100+ grants), instant deadline email alerts, pre-written application templates, and priority support.
  • AI Grant Writer ($49 one-time): An artificial intelligence system that generates a customized grant application draft based on information provided by the User.

3. AI Grant Writing Service — Delivery Policy

When you purchase the AI Grant Writer service, the following delivery terms apply:

  • After payment is confirmed, our AI system will generate a complete, customized grant application draft tailored to your business information and the selected grant program.
  • The draft will typically be delivered within 60 seconds and will be available on your order confirmation page.
  • If automated form submission is possible for the selected grant, we will make reasonable efforts to assist with pre-filling the application.
  • If automated form submission is not possible — due to the grant program's website structure, security requirements, or other technical limitations — you will receive a complete, professionally written application draft along with clear, step-by-step instructions on how to copy and paste the content into the grant application yourself.
  • In all cases, the $49 fee covers the writing and preparation service. The User is responsible for final submission of the application to the granting organization.

4. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer of Warranties

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT LIMITS OUR LIABILITY TO YOU.

4.1 No Guarantee of Grant Award. GrantMyBusiness.org does not guarantee that any User will receive a grant award. Grant decisions are made solely by the granting organizations (federal agencies, state agencies, private foundations, and other third parties). We have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, the outcome of any grant application.

4.2 No Liability for Errors or Omissions. The Company is not liable for any errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or outdated information in the grant database, application templates, AI-generated content, or any other material provided through the Service. Grant program details, deadlines, eligibility requirements, and funding amounts are subject to change without notice. Users are solely responsible for verifying all information directly with the granting organization before submitting any application.

4.3 No Liability for AI-Generated Content. The AI Grant Writer generates content based on information provided by the User. The Company makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, fitness for purpose, or legal compliance of any AI-generated application draft. The User is solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all AI-generated content before submission. The Company is not liable for any consequences arising from the submission of AI-generated content to any granting organization.

4.4 No Liability for Application Outcomes. The Company is not liable for any application being rejected, disqualified, or otherwise unsuccessful, regardless of the reason. The Company is not liable for any missed deadlines, lost opportunities, or financial losses arising from the use or non-use of the Service.

4.5 Limitation of Damages. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL UNLIMITED FAITH INNOVATIONS LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR ANY OTHER LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

4.6 "As Is" Service. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree that you are solely responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and truthful information about your business when using the Service.
  • Verifying all grant information, deadlines, and eligibility requirements directly with the granting organization.
  • Reviewing and editing any AI-generated content before submitting it to a granting organization.
  • Ensuring that all submitted grant applications are truthful, accurate, and comply with the requirements of the granting organization.
  • Any consequences arising from submitting inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent grant applications.

6. Payment & Refund Policy

Pro Subscription: Billed monthly at $9.99. Your 7-day free trial begins at signup. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends at no charge. After the trial, cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused time.

AI Grant Writer ($49 one-time): All sales are final once the AI generation process has begun (typically within seconds of payment confirmation). If the AI system fails to generate any content due to a technical error on our end, you are entitled to a full refund. Refunds are not issued based on the outcome of the grant application or dissatisfaction with the content quality.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on GrantMyBusiness.org, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Unlimited Faith Innovations LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. AI-generated grant application drafts produced for a User are licensed to that User for personal use in connection with their grant application. Users may not resell, redistribute, or use AI-generated content for commercial purposes without written permission.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Unlimited Faith Innovations LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
